Theresa W. Eaton, Vice President

Theresa graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts dual degree in International Relations and Asian Studies with a concentration in Japanese. After graduating from Duke, she worked in the Institutional Securities Division and Private Wealth Management Division at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan. She subsequently attended Duke University Law School where she earned her J.D. and later worked in the Corporate and Securities group at Vinson & Elkins LLP. Prior to joining SCF Partners, Theresa worked at First Reserve Corporation, an energy focused private equity firm.

Theresa is responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities at SCF as well as their ongoing strategic oversight and development.

Theresa serves on the boards of The Association for Corporate Growth (“ACG”), the Broach Brain Cancer Foundation, Young Professionals in Energy (“YPE”) and the Greater Houston Partnership’s Houston Young Professionals Endeavor (“HYPE”). Theresa is also actively involved with the Small Steps Nurturing Center, a non-profit organization that provides early childhood education to at-risk children and enjoys campaigning for various political candidates on a state and national basis.
