Houston, TX, May, 2014 – SCF Partners is pleased to announce that Theresa Eaton and Ann Fox have been promoted to Managing Director. These two experienced professionals will help the firm continue to build global companies in the oilfield services industry.

Theresa Eaton joined SCF in 2009 and is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities at SCF, as well as ongoing strategic portfolio company development. Theresa holds a B.A. and J.D. from Duke University. Prior to SCF, she worked in the Institutional Securities Division at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan, the Corporate and Securities group at Vinson & Elkins LLP and at First Reserve Corporation.
Ann Fox joined SCF in 2008 and in February 2013, joined Nine Energy Service, Inc., SCF Partners’ largest completion services company. At Nine, she serves as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the execution of a range of initiatives, including new business line concept development and strategic acquisitions. Ann holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ann previously worked for the United States Marine Corps under General Petraeus and as an Investment Banking Analyst for both Prudential Securities and Warburg Dillon Read in New York.
