Theresa leads the Origination Group, sourcing acquisition opportunities for SCF. Theresa is also responsible for ongoing strategic oversight and development and serves on four SCF boards: Taurus Industrial Group, a provider of integrated specialty services including refractory, engineering, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation services to the petrochemical, refining and industrial markets; BCCK Engineering, a provider of midstream nitrogen rejection units and natural gas processing plants; National Energy Services Reunited, a Middle East based drilling, completion and production oilfield services business and the board of SCF Ventures, SCF’s collection of burgeoning technology companies. Her primary focus is on North America and the Middle East.
Theresa Eaton graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts dual degree in International Studies and Japanese. After graduating from Duke, she worked at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan. She subsequently attended Duke University Law School. Prior to joining SCF Partners, Theresa worked at First Reserve Corporation, an energy focused private equity firm.
Theresa serves on Duke University’s Board of Entrepreneurship and the board of the Broach Foundation for Brain Cancer Research, an organization she co-founded that has raised $6 million for glioblastoma research.
