Born and raised in Houston, William graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelors in business administration, studied at the London School of Economics and also lived in Santiago, Chile, for two years while serving as a full-time missionary for his church. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a financial analyst at Oil States International and subsequently with Civeo Corporation, both of which are publicly traded oilfield services companies.
William then pursued his MBA from the Harvard Business School, graduating in 2017.
He then worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, serving in the role of Special Assistant to the President and Senior Economic Analyst. In this role, he assisted Dallas Fed President Rob Kaplan in preparing public remarks and analyzing the relationship between monetary policy and the regional, national and global economy.
William joined SCF Partners in 2019, where his responsibilities include deal evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, as well as the development of our portfolio companies.
