December 2022 – Magnolia, TX – Frontier Tubular Solutions (“Frontier”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of Lincoln Manufacturing (“Lincoln”), a leading provider of quality threaded and machined products and services to the Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and construction industries in North America.
Headquartered in Magnolia, Texas, Lincoln has served its customers for decades by providing total turnkey solutions for full-length pipe threading, in-house couplings fabrication, and the manufacturing of downhole accessories. Lincoln is a major supplier to Tier I steel mills, service companies, and distributors. Lincoln also operates facilities in strategic locations in Houston, Texas, Tomball, Texas, and Strasburg, Ohio.
