SCF Partners Announces the Sale of Contract Resources to Cleanaway Waste Management (“Cleanaway”)
Sydney, Australia – August 2025 – SCF Partners is pleased to announce the sale of Contract Resources to Cleanaway Waste Management (“Cleanaway”). Contract Resources is a specialist provider of highly technical, critical path services for energy and industrial process infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East with a history of continuous innovation, an exemplary safety record, and a reputation for best-in-class service delivery. The partnership between Cleanaway and Contract Resources will create a platform offering complementary specialized industrial services with significant opportunities in decommissioning, decontamination and remediation across sectors. Contract Resources will retain its name and brand, while the team will transition across to Cleanaway and will continue to be led by CEO, Mike Charles.
