Adam Kerr

Adam joined SCF in 2021 as an Associate, based in Aberdeen. Adam focuses on sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities in the UK and Europe whilst providing strategic support to SCF’s international portfolio.

Adam graduated from Aberdeen Business School with a First-Class Honours in Accounting and Finance, subsequently joining Deloitte and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Whilst at Deloitte, Adam worked in the Energy and Industrials Financial Advisory practice, providing financial due diligence and M&A transaction advisory services to a broad range of international energy clients. In 2018 Adam was appointed to a corporate development position at a high growth private equity backed energy services business, playing a key role in expanding the rental fleet and internationalising the business. Prior to joining SCF, Adam had a corporate development role at a high-profile family owned food business, supporting the senior leadership team with a transformational US acquisition and building a pipeline of potential M&A targets.

Adam has a passion for travel and is a keen sports enthusiast, enjoying football, road cycling, rugby and running.
