Amanda Studebaker

Senior Associate

Amanda joined SCF Partners in 2025 as a Senior Associate, based in Houston. In her role, she is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting market and industry research, and supporting the growth and strategic initiatives of SCF’s portfolio companies.

Amanda began her career with Baker Hughes as an offshore field engineer and went on to hold engineering and operational management roles across four continents, with postings in Germany, Malaysia, and Guyana. She graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and later earned her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Outside of work, Amanda loves anything outdoors and is an avid skier and aspiring mountaineer. She is an Ambassador for the non-profit Green Empowerment, which builds micro-utilities in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Africa to provide rural communities with access to clean water and energy.
