Centurion Completes Acquisitions of Polar Septic Systems and Aleron, Adding Technical Capabilities and Greener Services to its Current Offerings

Aberdeen, United Kingdom – January 2022 – Centurion Group (“Centurion”), a global leader in the supply of essential rentals and services to critical industries, has successfully acquired two new companies: Polar Septic Systems and Aleron. The acquisitions help Centurion continue to grow its global footprint, while also adding more technical and greener offerings to its current portfolio.

Polar Septic Systems is a leading provider of wastewater rentals and treatment solutions based in Canada, and Aleron, based in Aberdeen, designs and manufactures specialized subsea equipment for the sale and rental to the subsea energy, offshore wind, and telecom markets. Both companies align with Centurion’s growth strategy and show strong synergies with its current offerings.
