SCF Partners Invests in Contract Resources

Houston, Texas, January, 2020 – SCF is pleased to announce, in partnership with Perth-based Viburnum Funds and ongoing company management, the firm has acquired Contract Resources. Adam Machon, CEO and Managing Director, will continue to serve as CEO and will maintain an ownership position in the business.

Contract Resources, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, was founded in 1990 and is a leading provider of specialized Industrial and Mechanical Services to the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, Cement and Utilities Industries across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. The company’s service covers critical plant wide maintenance packages and includes: catalyst & mechanical, tank & environmental, shutdown & turnaround, chemical cleaning, industrial coatings, pipeline services, and specialized hazardous waste treatment.
